Lots of sunshine, still windy
After some severe frost in the morning, temperatures in the afternoon will reach a maximum of -1 degrees in the Wipptal to +9 degrees in the Etschtal.
Mostly bright sunshine. Only on the eastern main Alpine ridge and especially in the rear Ahrntal Valley some clouds. A cold northerly wind is still blowing.
A vast high pressure area will affect the Alps. Strong northern currents at high altitudes will cause the presence of foehn winds in South Tyrol.

Very sunny weather is also expected on Monday. In higher valleys we expect very negative low temperatures. Northerly winds will cease.
Tuesday will be sunny with a few passing high clouds.
Mostly sunny weather is also expected on Wednesday. At times, the sky will be crossed by irregular cloudiness.
Thursday will be dry and mostly sunny with only a few clouds. It will be noticeably milder on the mountains, with the zero degree line rising to over 2500 m.
