Terms and conditions:

• Prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights with gourmet board
• For a short stay of less than 5 nights we ask 10% surcharge on the gourmet board. This surcharge does not apply for a stay of 4 nights from Sunday to Thursday.
• For short stays on weekends and public holidays: Fr.–Sa., Fr.–Su. or Sa.–Su. or before public holidays during the week we ask 20% surcharge on the gourmet board.
• Prices include the use of the swimming pool area and of the fitness room.
• On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 14h on and have to be left within 10h on departure day. Should you arrive after 19h, pleas let us know.
• The reduction for children is valid for the 3rd and 4th person in the room or 1-room-appartement of 2 full-paying adults or for the 5th and 6th person in a 2-room-appartement.
• The use of the whole spa area on the day of departure is available as an optional extra for only 10,00 €.

cancellation policy:

Up to 60 days before the date of arrival no cancellation fees will be charged. From 60 to 14 days before the date of arrival 3 days have to be paid. From 14 days on, for no-show or ahead of schedule departure 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged.

Travel Cancellation Provision:

For our guests we offer an inexpensive travel cancellation insurance. For only 2,00 € per adult and vacation day our travel cancellation insurance covers all cancellation fees if you cannot go on holiday for any reason. If you do NOT want to benefit from this reasonable service please specify on your reservation.
