South Tyrol is Italy; therefore, our chief cook at the Hotel Schneeberg will enchant you with light and colorful Italian cuisine. None of the major kitchen schools is so close to nature and so refreshing, a real charm!

Since many years, the Italian cuisine stands for holidays, sun and lightness. Everybody knows pasta, gnocchi and lasagna ... not to mention the refined and perfectly seasoned grilled vegetables variations!

Important components are, of course, the traditional cheese and sausage varieties, or one of the most popular desserts in the world: the “Tiramisu”.

But these are “only” a few of the classic plates among the many Italian recipes.

Our kitchen staff at the Hotel Schneeberg will be pleased to treat you with a variety of dishes from the Italian cuisine. Among others enjoy
